The Space:

What you notice first is the light — two stories of floor-to-ceiling glass pull the sky and city skyline right inside, and roller shades drop for total darkness when you want to sleep in. It reads as genuinely spacious and airy, exactly what guests tell us they love most.

You're in Sunset Harbour / West Ave, one of the most livable pockets of South Beach — walkable, waterfront and full of the places locals actually go. South Beach and the sand are about a 10-minute walk east.

- Lincoln Road and the Sunset Harbour shops and restaurants

- Pubbelly Sushi, Lucali for pizza, and Sardinia for Italian

- Panther Coffee and Pura Vida for your morning cup

- Trader Joe's and The Fresh Market on West Ave for groceries



From here Ocean Drive, Collins Avenue and the wider Miami Beach scene are all within easy reach, but most days you won't need to go far — much of what makes South Beach great is right at your feet.



Getting Around:

This is a very walkable base — Lincoln Road, the Sunset Harbour shops, coffee and groceries are all within about a 5-minute walk, and the beach is roughly a 10-minute walk east, so you rarely need a car for day-to-day plans. If you do drive, a secured on-site garage is available for a nightly fee (request in advance). Rideshare is plentiful across Miami Beach, and it's a straightforward drive to Downtown Miami, Wynwood and the airport.
