The Neighborhood:

You're in Sunset Harbour on West Ave — one of the most walkable, local-feeling pockets of South Beach. Trader Joe's is right downstairs and Fresh Market is a short walk on West Ave, so stocking the kitchen takes minutes.



Food and coffee are genuinely close: Pubbelly Sushi, Lucali for pizza and Sardinia for Italian are neighborhood favorites, with Panther Coffee and Pura Vida nearby for morning coffee.



Lincoln Road and the Sunset Harbour shops are about a 5-minute walk — no car needed. South Beach itself is roughly a 10-minute walk east, putting the sand, Ocean Drive and Collins Avenue within easy reach for a beach day or a night out.



Getting Around:

This is a walk-everywhere location: groceries, coffee, restaurants, Lincoln Road and the beach are all reachable on foot, so most guests don't need a car once they arrive. If you do drive, there's a secured on-site garage available for a nightly fee (request in advance). Rideshare is quick and plentiful across Miami Beach, and Miami International Airport is a straightforward drive from the neighborhood.
