« Point positif: Il est idealement situé, le coin est genial! Le salon avec la vue a 180 degrés est super sympa, par contre on a eu une partie de la vue obstruée par un immeuble tres récemment construit, ca nous a gâché la vue sur la plage et goldcoast. (appartement 7A), on ne voit pas ca lors de la reservation, les photos ne sont pas a jour!
Points négatifs: appartement sale ( moquette avec pleins de cheveux), aussi c'est bruyant a cause de la route qui passe en dessous. »

« Burleigh Palms was a very friendly and comfortable place to stay, very close to the beach, espionage and shops. We loved the community feel of the local area. Our hosts were always happy to help whenever we needed anything.
Our room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The room fans and air con were brilliant during hot evenings.
There were lots to do in the local area as well as easy access to other areas of the Gold Coast.
Thanks Burleigh Palms for a memorable...

« Unhappy that we are still waiting for our $100 security deposit despite leaving the room in a clean and tidy state. Many tiled surfaces were dangerous in the wet conditions that we experienced over the week we stayed. There was quite a musty smell in the room so we ended up buying a room deodoriser. One positive remark is that staff placed us in o lower level unit when asked that made wheelchair access a bit easier, unfortunately though, access to the road was not possible due to a number of...

« Very disappointing experience. The room was dirty and unhygienic, with cockroaches crawling around and dirty, smelly bedsheets. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and the bathtub was out of order. To make matters worse, the staff at the front desk were rude and unprofessional.
The overall condition of the room was unacceptable, and the lack of cleanliness made our stay extremely uncomfortable. Basic hygiene, working facilities, and respectful customer service are the minimum...
