Bingemma Paradise Farmhouse in the heart of Nature

A quite villa with stunning views, surrounded by nature set in the small area of Bingemma. Compromised of a large kitchen, dining and living room, bathroom and a double room with ensuite on ground floor. A secondary twin room is situated on the first floor leading onto the roof terrace where one can enjoy a stunning view while sunbathing. On the first floor there is also a space bathroom with clothes washing/drying facilities. A large back garden is available with BBQ facilities and a pool area.

Guests may access all rooms and areas on the property with respect. It is kindly asked to not damage any plants or trees.

Pool is private for Villa guests.

Check ins between 3pm - 7pm.
Check ins after 7pm will incur an additional fee.

Check out by 10am and if agreed may be till noon (depending on availability but must be agreed to)

Upon arrival, guests receive a complimentary electricity card, which generally covers a couple of days' usage. Please note that air-conditioning and jacuzzi water heating are not included in the base price. If you plan to use these amenities, the complimentary card may run out sooner, and additional pre-paid electricity cards will be needed. These can be easily purchased as required.

Maltese law requires for all music / sounds to be turned off or to be kept low after 11pm.

Kindly respect the surrounding, keep the garden, pool and house clean.

Occasionally the gardener may require access to the villa to clean pool / garden.

A cleaner is available on request at additional charge with prior notice.
