« Disappointing since I stayed there a long time ago. It’s under new management who have not kept up the hotel. The restaurant and bars are closed. The complimentary breakfast consisted of hard boiled eggs, white toast —no jam, butter, rce jook, spicey rice noodles, picked vegetables, cabbage slaw, Black Chinese tea. They tried to accommodate me with instant coffee and milk.
Workers are nice. Basically for Chinese visitors. »

« Although I had booked a room for one night, I couldn't stay there: a bad storm hit the island few days before we arrive and the generator broke down. Nonetheless, the driver was waiting for me at the airport and drove me to the hotel I was rebooked at. It was very good and no surprise with the price. Excellent customer service despite the situation they had to go through. Will definitely give it a try again. »

« I can’t say enough about the 4S Explorer. 4S service and dining (mostly) on a dive boat
There are other water activities for non divers but Palau is for diving ! I’ve been diving for 30 years and this was hands down the best diving I’ve ever done. I only wish I had a few more days
Already planning for the return trip. Not easy to get to Palau, but honestly, that is part of the charm and the dive sites aren’t over run with tourists »

« Beaucoup de bruit avec le système de conditionnement d air et de pompes qui commence après 22h00 et qui est incessant pratiquement toute la nuit. Dommage car les chambres sur piscine sont grandes et lits confortables. Le restaurant bar de l hôtel et son personnel est très sympa. En revanche beaucoup d imcompréhension avec celui de la réception pour réservation etc. A améliorer. »

« Staff was very courteous. Room was clean. Great ocean side view. Second stay to at West Plaza Hotel at Lebuu Street and will do it again. Got a car from West Car Rental and the had it ready for us, with the key pick up at the front desk.
