« Trash was all over the floor in the hallway, walked into the room to see bugs all over the place and the room looked like it was never cleaned from the guest before. Walked back to the front desk and checked out. The employee was not at all surprised when I mentioned the bugs. Spent about 5 minutes there. »

« The hotel was super Convenient for close things such as the zoo and downtown access. The grounds were clean and looked new. The staff was really nice and helped when needed. The breakfast was ok however it’s free and you can’t beat that! If I had to complain about anything it would be that I got a dog tick on me on my leg. « We had a very nice stay. The lobby area is large and has a lot of chairs, so it's a nice area to sit in and relax. They even have some games, like a pool table and a big Connect4 game for kids. We also really liked their breakfast. They had a good variety of food, and it was better quality than most hotel breakfasts I've had. The only drawback was our room setup. Although the room was called a "suite," it wasn't what I would consider a true hotel suite in terms of having two separate rooms...

« We stayed here Friday-Monday. We had no hot water until Monday.The hotel said it was due to them being booked at capacity for the past 3 weeks and to reach out to Expedia. Expedia took way too long to respond on chat and I really just wanted to enjoy my vacation. If you decide to stay just call to see if they will have hot water. »

« Easy check in. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was wonderful. Only con was mattress was too firm but all hotel beds are not as comfortable as our bed at home. »

« Dog hair was all over the rooms and had an odor to the room on arrival!! Was able to open the window to ventilate the room which really helped. However, there was a gap in the screen, and a child could definitely be able to push through the screen on the fourth floor. Contacted hotel and they would not give any money back. »

« Very friendly people but the hotel is older and has a lot of wear and tear. Kids loved the pool. It was less expensive than other places around so you get what you pay for. Would return. »

« When u walked in you can smell the mildew from the carpets and also the elevator, the room sheets and carpet was filthy, furniture had fingernail paint on it and the bathroom shower curtain needed to be changed, it's could have been better clean a deep clean,and the pool was down for maintenance, you pay what you get at this location »
