You can easily reach the center of Sorrento by a leisurely 5-minute, panoramic walk. In Sorrento you will find an abundance of restaurants, water front cafes, and shops. As an added bonus, guests can use a beautiful boutique hotel’s private beach access and beach club facilities. These are located 30 seconds from the property. This can be arranged for upon request. The villa features a private fitness center and beauty treatments and massages can be arranged upon request. A public tennis court is located within a one-minute walk. The villa offers the comfort of private parking for guests’ vehicles.

The main Villa + the lower level apartment can accomodate up to 14 people.

The villa lies within a modern setting boasting beautiful marble and terracotta tile & parquet floors with spacious common areas, ceramic hand painted tile bathrooms, and air conditioning and heating throughout the property. Upon entering the villa is the main foyer from where you can access the various living rooms, the kitchen and the staircase leading to the bedroom floor or down to the gym. To the left of the entrance is the main, open format, all-white living room furnished with three large sofas and a stereo with CD player, piano, and a fireplace. Two sets of glass doors open out onto the terrace and lead to the front of the house. 10 steps up is a small studio library with a desk and a laptop computer at guest’s disposal. There is wireless Internet throughout the house. The formal and elegant dining room is 5 steps down from the main living room. The dining area boasts a large, marble-top table with 4 chairs and glass cupboards filled with crystal ware.

The main living room, straight ahead, leads to a second, less formal, open formal living room with 2 large sofas, a glass topped table, and several windows looking out onto the planted greenery. There is a wood dining table with 10 chairs and up a ½ flight of 5 steps there is a round glass table with several chairs. There is a ½ bath and another ½ set of steps leading to the first double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. To the right of the main entrance is a fully-equipped kitchen with terracotta tile floors and decorative hand painted ceramic tiles. The kitchen has a large refrigerator with freezer and icemaker, a 5 range stovetop, an oven and a microwave. The second floor is the main sleeping area where four of the five bedrooms are located. The large, master bedroom boasts a separate open closet room and an ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, a double sink, and a separate shower. The second, double bedroom on the first floor enjoys several small windows and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, while the third and fourth double bedrooms share a nice bathroom with a bathtub.

The 45 sqm apartment is located in the lower level of the villa and it has a separate entrance. It is modern in style and equipped with all comforts. Sitting area with double sofa bed and kitchenette. Bedroom with queen bed. Bathroom with shower. Modern furnishings. Dishwasher, Sat TV, coffee maker, microwave, oven.

Guest can enjoy the exercise room where there is an eliptical, treadmill, stationary bike and various weight machines. There is a stereo for your use as well. Of course, the pool and garden are a true delight. If you would like meals prepared, this can be arranged for. Linens are changed twice a week and towels are changed daily.
