Welcome to our luxurious model home! This 3-bdrm, 2-bath sanctuary sleeps 8, with accommodation for 6 individuals to sleep separately. The stunning primary suite dazzles with an ensuite bath and walk-in closet. Entertain in style with a pool table, state-of-the-art swim spa, and cozy backyard and seating area. Professionally decorated, this pristine retreat promises an elevated vacation experience. Enjoy the convenience of a 3-car garage, plus ample driveway and street parking for your vehicles.

* Unless you have made your reservation on Airbnb, there will be a security deposit HOLD of $500 during your stay. Your card should not be charged unless there are damages or extra cleaning found after checkout.

*Security cameras have been placed in the front entry facing the street and in the garage. No cameras are present in any indoor or outdoor living area.

* Base fee is for 6 guests.

*Our home is a No-smoking property and we ask that guests remove their shoes as we strive to have the cleanest and best maintained property we can for comfortable guest stays.

*Low/Non shedding dogs (only) allowed upon approval. Please inquire to have pets approved before reserving. $150 per pet per stay or week. Two max. Thank you!

*Please inquire for stays over 2 weeks as extra cleaning fees apply.

* There is a possibility of construction noise until all homes in the neighborhood have been completed.

*Because of hot tub and safety concerns, please leave the slider locked if children are in the home unless supervised outside by an adult. The front door must be locked at all times because of direct access through the house to the hot tub. Thank you.

YOUR INDOOR SPACE-
Bedrooms (sleeps 8 total): Our floor plan offers a large primary suite with a smart TV, attached bath, and walk-in closet. Although our home is a 3 bedroom home, we can sleep four adults separately with our convertible king to 2, XL twin bed configuration in one of the guest rooms. The third bedroom has a queen bed. In addition, we can sleep two more adults comfortably with our trifold foam mattresses in any living space. With all new and quality mattresses and comfy linens, you will have a great night's sleep after playing all day. All mattresses and pillows are encased with a protective covering to keep you from unwanted elements. All bedrooms have TVs so that you can recline at night in privacy, should you choose. We have streaming capabilities but no local TV unless attached to your app.

Bathrooms: Our two bathrooms, one attached to the primary bedroom, are fully stocked with luxury towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and more, keeping your packing to a minimum.

Kitchen: Stocked, stocked, stocked. If you like to provide meals at home, this is the place to do it. Full cookware and some bakeware are provided. Oil, coffee & filters, tea, spices, barbeque utensils and more.

HOT TUB: We offer a state of the art swim spa/hot tub for your exercise and relaxation.

FIRE PIT AND CONVERSATION TABLE: Sit by the fire at night and enjoy a relaxation conversation.

PUTTING GREEN: Putting green with provided clubs and balls.

VIEW: The entire neighborhood has incredible view of the desert landscape and is away from town noise, yet close enough for a quick trip to the store.

PARKING: We offer free parking in our 3 car garage, with additional spots in our driveway and street parking. If bringing a trailer, street parking is allowed as long as your vehicle stays within the property lines and is moved every 72 hours. Reach out to us if you have any questions on parking.

Our home is completely yours for your stay. There is a locked closet in the entry hallway for cleaning supplies/restocking, etc. Please let us know if you need anything restocked during your stay.

Our co-hosts, J and Amy, live less than 5 minutes away and can help you whenever you need. Please reach out on the message feed first. If they have not responded within 10 minutes, please give them a call. If there is an emergency or issues with your check-in code, please call them right away.

Par-Tee Timer's Paradise is located in a popular and sought after community in Mesquite called Cambria. Located north and a bit outside the main part of town, it is surrounded by beautiful desert landscape. The hills and bluffs provide views and a plethora of places to walk. Everywhere you turn, you will see the Virgin Mountains, rolling sand hills and stately bluffs of the valley. As this is a brand new community and some houses are still being built, guests will experience some construction for a time.

Although Mesquite is a wonderful place to walk and get exercise, you will want a car for getting to the store, restaurants, golf courses, etc.

* Please keep noise to a minimum in respect for our neighbors, especially outside. Quiet hours are 10:00PM-8:00 AM. If management is called out for a complaint, there will be a fee of $100.


* Shoes off please - Our road systems, especially in the warmer months, emit
a very damaging residue that is hard on the flooring. We want to keep our
space as clean as possible for all guests. Thank you.

We spent 9 days here and it was so enjoyable. Felt right at home. Communication was top notch, the home was stocked with everything you would need but your food.They were very accommodating! the swim spa, putting green and pool table were huge hit! We enjoyed this beautiful house, very clean and organized. Enjoyed pool/ping pong table, and the jacuzzi tub was amazing. Master bedroom has low pedestal bed, wasn’t very easy getting out of. The twin/king beds in 2nd bedroom are not very sturdy for adults. Overall I would recommend this home.

My granddaughter from Utah was here to play in a soccer tournament so we drove from California to watch her. The property was beautiful and very clean. It met all of our needs. The location was very close to the soccer field. The property managers responded quickly to any questions that we had.and were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this house to others.
