INDOOR SPACE-

Bedrooms – Enjoy three inviting bedrooms with six individual beds, comfortably sleeping up to eight guests. Each room is thoughtfully furnished with quality mattresses, soft linens, and protective covers to help ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. After a day of exploring or relaxing, you’ll have a cozy place to recharge and unwind.
•Primary Suite: King bed, direct pool access, smart TV, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom
•Bedroom 2: Queen bed with smart TV, closet
•Bedroom 3: Option of two XL twin beds OR king bed, closet
•Living Space: Two XL twin trifold foam floor mattresses to be set up in any space. Linens provided.

Bathrooms - Both of the bathrooms are stocked with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and more, so you can pack light.
•Primary En-Suite Bathroom: Double vanity, walk-in shower, and large closet.
•Guest Bathroom: Walk-in shower, single vanity

Kitchen – Everything you need to cook, dine, and gather is right at your fingertips in this well-appointed kitchen. It’s stocked with cookware, bakeware, BBQ tools, and everyday essentials, plus pantry basics such as cooking oils, assorted spices, and coffee pods. Whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, you’ll have plenty of space to make yourself at home. When it’s time to eat, the dining table and island seating provide comfortable spots for everyone in your group to gather.

Living Room – Kick back and enjoy the living area, featuring a comfortable sofa, cozy fireplace, and big-screen TV. Slider doors open to the outdoor space, creating a seamless indoor/outdoor living experience that makes it easy to relax and gather with your group. Whether you’re catching up on your favorite shows, enjoying the fresh air, or unwinding by the fireplace, this inviting space is perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure.

OUTDOOR SPACE-

Make the most of the beautiful Mesquite weather with a backyard designed for relaxing and entertaining. Enjoy the heated pool and hot tub during the colder months (additional heating fees apply), gather around the fire pit table for drinks or dinner, or challenge your group to a friendly competition on the putting green. When it’s time to relax, lounge chairs and a comfortable conversation set with a TV provide the perfect spot to unwind. The backyard offers beautiful views of the Virgin Valley mountains.

Pool & Hot Tub Heating (Propane)
The pool and hot tub are heated using propane for guest comfort. Please note the hot tub is an in-ground unit integrated with the pool system, not a standalone continuously heated hot tub. It operates on-demand rather than always remaining heated.
Because heating costs vary by season, an additional daily fee applies and must be arranged at least 3 days in advance. These charges are handled outside of the initial reservation.

• Pool & Hot Tub Heating (shared system):
Winter: $150/day | Summer, Spring, & Fall: $100/day
• Hot Tub Only (when pool is not being heated):
Winter: $35/day | Summer, Spring, & Fall: $25/day | Summer: $25/day

Hot tub heating is on-demand and can be activated when you are ready to use it.

Please note: the pool and hot tub cannot be heated simultaneously, as they share the same heating system. Guests may switch between them during their stay depending on usage.

PARKING - We offer free parking in our 2-car garage, driveway, and street parking. Four vehicles are allowed on-site per reservation. Street parking must be in front of our property only. No parking in graveled areas. No enclosed trailer parking allowed. Reach out with any questions on this.

*If you have a larger party and need additional accommodations, we have a partner house right next door. We even have a gate, allowing friendly parties to have access to each other’s back yard if desired. Please inquire individually on that listing - name is `Cruise Control by J and Amy`.

* Base fee is for 6 guests. $30 per guest per night over six guests and up to the maximum occupancy of eight guests.

*Low/Non shedding dogs (only) allowed upon approval. Please inquire to have pets approved before reserving. $150 per pet per stay or week. Two max. Thank you!

Our home is completely yours for your stay. There is a locked closet in the hallway for cleaning supplies/restocking, etc. Please let us know if you need anything restocked during your stay.

Our co-hosts, J and Amy, live less than 5 minutes away and can help you whenever you need. Please reach out on the message feed first. If they have not responded within 10 minutes, please give them a call. If there is an emergency or any issues with your check-in code, please call them right away.

Grill & Chill is located in a popular and sought after community in Mesquite called Cambria. Located north and a bit outside the main part of town, our home is surrounded by beautiful desert landscape. The hills and bluffs provide views and a plethora of places to walk. Everywhere you turn, you will see the Virgin Mountains, rolling sand hills and stately bluffs of the valley. As this is a brand new community and some houses are still being built, guests will experience some construction for a time.

We advise you have a car to get around to stores, golf courses, etc. here in Mesquite. Guests are permitted four vehicles to park on premises, including garage, driveway, and street (in front of home only).

* Fees apply for heating the hot tub and/or pool.

*Security cameras have been placed in the front entry facing the street and in the garage. No cameras are present in any indoor or outdoor living area.

* Measures have been taken to ensure your safety.
~ Lock and alarm are on slider which leads to the outdoor area.

~ Smoke detectors throughout the home.
* NO SMOKING - $500 fine

* Pets (low/non shedding dogs only) must be approved and paid for prior to check-in. Unregistered/unapproved dogs in the property will results in a $500 cleaning fine

*No pets in the pool.

*Clean up pet droppings in outdoor space.

* Service Animals - We would appreciate prior notice of a service animal used for disabilities as we like to prepare the home. Thanks so much.

* Please shower, wipe your feet and remove lotions before getting in the swim spa.

*Any guests or belongings brought onto the property outside of the original reservation are subject to an additional fee and/or removal from the property.

* Please keep noise to a minimum in respect for our neighbors, especially outside. Quiet hours are 10:00PM-8:00 AM. If management is called out for a complaint, there will be a fee of $100.

*Shoes off please - Our road systems, especially in the warmer months, emit a residue that is hard on the flooring. We want to keep our space as clean as possible for all guests.

CHECKOUT: 10:00 AM
1. Please load dishwasher with all dishes and start.
2. Please start one load of towels on HOT.
3. Please set temperature at 69 in winter and 79 in summer.
4. Please clean up after yourselves and your pet in the yard.
4. Please sign off personal TV APPS and leave remotes in respective rooms.
5. Please leave garage remote where you found it.
6. Please lock door and windows.
7. Please send a quick note saying you have checked out. It is very helpful for our housekeeping staff.
