Welcome to your exclusive getaway, perfectly designed to host up to 10 guests! Whether you're passionate about golfing with the boys, ready to relax with the girls or are in search of a peaceful family getaway, Desert Gem has everything you need!

Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedroom 1: King bed with ensuite
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with ensuite
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed with adjacent bathroom
Bedroom 4: Full over Full bunk bed with Twin trundle bed with adjacent bathroom

Parking: Garage (2 vehicles), driveway (2 vehicles), street parking in front of the property.

Kitchen: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, island counter with bar seating, blender, coffee bar with coffee maker, cookware, dishware/flatware, spices and more.

Five Smart TVs (1 in each bedroom, 1 in living room), open, spacious great-room and dining room

Outdoor Living: Private pool and hot tub, BBQ grill and outdoor seating, large turf area with cornhole boards
The pool is heated by propane, which is very effective but also expensive to run. Because of this, there is a daily heating fee that is charged outside of the initial reservation for guests who wish to have the pool heated during their stay. It is $100 a day. We heat the pool to 85 degrees. If you would like it warmer than 85 degrees it is an additional $10 per degree per day.

We require at least 2 days’ notice prior to arrival so we can prepare the system and ensure the pool is fully warmed up for your visit.
Simply message us before your stay if you’d like to add pool heating — we’ll take care of everything!

Other Amenities: Laundry room with full size washer and dryer, central heat & A/C, toiletries, hair dryer in each bathroom, linens, bath towels, pool towels

Cameras: There are three security cameras on the exterior of the property:

- One doorbell camera covering the entry
- One camera facing the garage and driveway
- One down the side of the house looking at the gates

The cameras are for security and insurance purposes only and are not viewed unless the hosts have damage to the property or an issue to address.

Community Respect: Our wonderful neighbors are supportive of our home being a vacation rental, but it is not intended for parties. We kindly ask you to observe the strict quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am PT to maintain harmony in the neighborhood.
