« Fabulous property with very helpful staff. Ran the local Parkrun and missed breakfast time but was made some fantastic bacon sandwiches when we both returned to the guest house. Staff was very accommodating which made the visit very enjoyable. »

« A stylish and spotlessly clean room. A quiet hotel on a quiet street, making for good nights sleep. Conveniently situated for the centre of Southport, the station and bus routes. Excellent communication with the owner. Altogether, an excellent stay. I will look for a repeat visit when next in Southport. »

« Simon and Sue welcomed us as old friends of the family and after 2 days we thought we were. They are lovely people, very obliging, we had a fantastic breakfast included. They provided excellent advice on the sights of Liverpool and transport to and from, including the Mersey Ferry, Thankyou for the lift, and a personalised map. Every part of our stay was easy.
