« Just like another 2 couples , we couldn’t gain access to the property as we were told it was damaged on arrival to the property . We were left stranded and had to sleep on the street due to not being able To afford accadation elsewhere . We spoke to a man who we think was in charge of the property and he couldn’t have gave less of a damn. Shocking with no communication from Expedia and the property to not have yhe DECENCY to let us know ! »

« Nice place, weld locate, owner son and mother very nice and kind, wonderfull stay. »

« Room didn’t have bedside lighting which meant having find main switch at night. A bit inconvenient. Also no hairdryer on room. »

« Where do I start. Location is so perfect. It’s right beside Anfield, and a 20-min bus ride to the city centre. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, they have a pub downstairs, and the LFC murals are just so close by. The most important part was their staff. It’s a family-run inn, and everyone made me feel like I’m part of their family. I’m really hoping to make this a new annual tradition to stay there, watch the match at Anfield, and create more memories with them. Thank you again to Norm,...

« Our room water was too hot, but thankfully owner respond quick and allowed us to move to another room. Their shampoo etc is tiny so bring your own. Kitchen is shared but at the time of our visit there were only my husby and i so its a plus. »

« Cozy Place is strategically located for visiting Liverpool's main attractions. The place is welcoming, the rooms and bathroom are clean, and the breakfast is excellent and plentiful. The owner is friendly and helpful. Recommended! »
