This home has three bedrooms. They Master bedroom has a private bath and a king bed. They other two bedrooms have queen beds. We also have two twin mattresses for overflow sleeping.

Please note there is a 22-year-old minimum for the responsible booking party. At MN REandM, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our guests. To ensure a seamless and secure booking process, we provide a rental agreement with a waiver of liability. This important document is conveniently emailed to our guests upon booking and can be completed online in just a few minutes. By signing the agreement, both parties can have peace of mind, knowing that we`ve taken the necessary steps to protect everyone involved. For early spring and fall guests: Please be advised that the dock is installed and removed each year by a third-party company, and neither the owners nor management control the exact timing. In general, docks are installed by mid-May and may be removed anytime from late September through the end of October, depending on weather and the company’s schedule. We cannot guarantee that the dock will be in place during these timeframes. If having a dock available is important to your stay, please reach out before booking and we will do our best to confirm availability on a case-by-case basis.
