« The room smell was awful. The duvet blanket had old blood stain. And there were bugs in the room. I stayed in one room before this stay to the reason why i stayed again but I will not be booking again here. »

« We really enjoyed our stay, the room was very clean and the bed confortable. The only problem was the significant gap under the door that let insects through. We ended up having an earwig in the bath tub and I woke up with one on my arm. Other than that, it was clean and quiet. The staff was very nice. »

« Okay so. Staff were kind and friendly so I was conflicted when writing this review. I reserved 2 rooms. 1 was fine but the other smelled like mildew. We kept the bathroom fan running and the window ajar but couldn’t escape the odor. Possible the room was closed up after shampooing carpets, not sure. The bathroom did appear to have mildew along the floor at bathtub. I’m sure they would have given us a new room and in reflection, I’m not sure why I didn’t ask. Prob tired from the trip. « affordable, especially if you just are passing through and needing a place to sleep. beds are clean floor is dark and carpeted but the room didnt smell bad. They have air in the water lines though. Shower hissed and rumbled at times. »

« Check in was easy and the staff were polite and professional. Room has a fridge & microwave those were very clean however they need to work more on the cleanness of the room, specially the sink faucets and switch lights, they look dirty and the faucets had crust. I had to clean myself with my travel lysol disinfectant spray. I cleaned because we found a small cockroach on the desk when we were eating dinner. I would not stay here a second time. But you get what you pay. »

« This was the worst experience I ever had at a hotel. Walked into the room and it smelled like cigarette smoke the toilet was not cleaned and had splatter in it. If that wasn’t enough the water did not work and was unable to take a shower. Asked for a refund and was given the run around and ultimately given a whopping 9 dollar. Avoid This hotel at all costs. There are many others to choose from don’t choose this one »

« This Hampton Inn was perfect for our stay in Yuba City. The queen suite is very large with a useful set-up and beautifully decorated. The hotel itself is extremely nice and the breakfast was enjoyed by everyone in our party of five. »

« Everything was dirty and worn down. The pool was filthy as well as being full of leaves from the wind storm. The staff claimed the pool was only dirty from the storm but was covered in thick algae.. our door wouldn’t shut and staff informed us that we had to lady the door to shut it.. also our bathtub was clogged. All of this was brought up to staff with zero resolution. »
