« The house was spotless when we arrived and well equipped. We had an issue with our heat and the owner addressed it immediately which was much appreciated. Parking was easy as described. The neighborhood was pretty quiet for being in Philly! There are stores nearby if you need anything. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would stay again!We did stay with our 3 year old and the only suggestion I have is to have something to cover/block the basement stairs. There was a big draft coming upstairs...

« The house was in a great location. The hosts were avaible whenever I had questions and even mades sure the sidewalk and steps were salted and sholved when a snow storm hit. We would definaetly stay here again when we return to the area! »

« This was the best stay I have ever had with a VRBO. It was just perfect . It was clean stylish and everything I could have needed was there. Home away from home. The Hostess an d the owner of the property was very attentive, friendly and very welcoming and accommodating. Area it is in was near every thing I needed. »

« Place was infested with mice. Fridge was defect. Dishwasher didn’t work. Moldy floors. Bathroom was not sanitary. Floors and door handles were sticky. Bathroom door didn’t close as the frame was crooked. I contacted the host right away for these issues as we were staying for a month, but she just kept saying she was “trying to contact a technician “. I needed to talk to the resolution center multiple times and then she basically kicked us out instead of rectifying the issue. Will not recommend...
