« This row house was perfect for our stay in Philly. Everything was straight forward and clear, in terms of checkin - we had no problem finding the property and getting settled. There were plenty of extra sheets and pillows. The second bedroom contains a pullout futon that takes up most of the space; and there's a third floor with a very comfy couch and alot more space. We had a couple of great meals at the nearby Front Street Cafe; and ordered yummy pizza via Uber Eats for dinner one evening....

« The place was very clean. They supplied the little extras you always need. I would however explain how to use the lock better it took me a while to figure out how to lock it when leaving. It was a good stay however and very close to the venue we were there for. »

« The parking was challenging. The street had permit parking & perhaps the permit cannot be shared with VRBO clients. Therefore, there is essentially 2 hour pathing window per day. I feel that this should be more clearly stated in the overview. I specifically chose this home for its parking and was disappointed by the lack of parking. »
