If you're looking for a central location, close to the heart of Son Parc then this villa is perfect! The beach and a small selection of restaurants and shops are all within 15 minutes on foot. Villa Serafina has a private pool where you can cool off from the Spanish sun, as well as splendid views over the resort to the hillside. The nearby resorts of Alaior, Fornells and Arenal den Castell, with a wider choice of restaurants and bars, can all be easily reached by car. Air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms, WiFi and pool heating are included in this 4 bedroom villa.

Villa Serafina is close to the centre of the popular resort of Son Parc. Here you'll find a small selection of restaurants and shops, all easily reachable within 5 minutes walk. Besides being home to Menorca's only golf course, Son Parc is also known for its beautiful, huge sweeping bay. Beach lovers will only be a 15 minute walk from one of the best beaches on the island. The beautiful seaside resorts of Fornells and Arenal den Castell are both easily reached within a 15 minute drive.
