« Best two week hotel stay, with full kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and fast wifi. The 4k TV with Nintendo was nice too, could use the hdmi cable for laptop as well. Only CON is the cleaning service is having a hard time speaking English, but Google translate solved it. »

« Prestations de haute qualité ! Personnel formidable. Propreté irréprochable. Décoration et état de l'appartement plus que parfaits. Fonctionnalités au top. Emplacement génial. Les superlatifs manquent pour décrire mon expérience. La réception est située au 1er étage d'un immeuble où l'on accède par interphone. Prévenir l'hôtel si arrivée après 19 heures. Notre appartement se situait dans l'immeuble voisin. Seul (léger) défaut, l'insonorisation, sans être mauvaise, aurait pu être meilleure....

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it exceeded expectations. The double bed was curtained off which made it feel separate to the rest of the room, and it was perfectly fine for four of us to stay here. Everything was very clean and tidy with thoughtful little touches and the company clearly has good values at heart. Would definitely stay in a Bob again. We found everything we needed in the hotel room and more. Definitely recommend for a stay in Tallinn. »

"Cadre exceptionnel ; confort ultra moderne dans un bâtiment très ancien. Énormément de charme. Personnel à l’écoute du client. Remplacement de l’hôtel permet de visiter tous les lieux d’intérêt de Tallinn, que ce soit à pied ou en tram"

Good location close to the airport

"Walking distance to the airport (around 5 min). Dinner was good. However, for an airport hotel, I was really surprised that they do not offer breakfast before 7am. If you stay in that hotel it is either because you have a late arrival or early departure. They did offer a breakfast box but the food was not to my taste (dry sandwich, a glass bottle of water and a polystyrene box that was not really necessary if they want to be environmentally friendly...)."

"Hôtel très bien situé au cœur de la vieille ville de Tallinn. Possibilité de découvrir tout à pied. Hôtel très propre, personnel très accueillant, serviable. Les chambres sont très confortables, très calmes. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel . "

Je me demande si je reviendrai

"Pour mon quatrième séjour dans cet hôtel, ai été un peu déçu. Accueil froid, impersonnel sans envie d’être à votre écoute. Chambre conforme à mon attente mais nuisance intermittente avec un bruit métallique venant de l’extérieur. Un technicien s’est déplacé mais sans effet. La qualité du restaurant Senso de l’hôtel est en baisse également. Bref, je me demande si je choisirai de nouveau cet hôtel pour mon prochain séjour."

Hôtel bien placé très confortable

"Hôtel très bien placé pour découvrir Tallinn sur deux jours/une nuit. Très proche du centre-ville et accessible à pied depuis le port. Les chambres sont très confortables, avec une literie et du mobilier de qualité. Le petit-déjeuner est très varié, chaud/froid et incluant du saumon et du hareng fumé. Le personnel est serviable et efficace. J'y retournerai sans hésiter."

Perfect except breakfast line

"Everything was perfect and staff was great except the breakfast line in the morning. Only person to seat people while the queue is long. Had to wait more than 15 minutes to be seated ! Also the elevators are very slow For the rest, staff is great, hotel is great. Fixing the breakfast organization should be an easy fix ! "
