I highly recommend the Pink Trail, which takes you to the base of DeSoto Falls. If you`re feeling adventurous, take a refreshing swim under the falls—it’s an unforgettable experience!

• Little River Canyon National Preserve – 25 min drive

Explore scenic drives, hiking, and swimming in this beautiful canyon. A perfect spot for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts.

• DeSoto State Park – 15 min drive

Over 20 miles of hiking trails and several waterfalls make this a popular outdoor destination for all ages.

• Mentone Arts Center – 10 min drive

A local hub for art exhibits, workshops, and community events. Ideal for experiencing the town’s creative spirit.

• Mentone Market – 10 min drive

Mentone Market is a charming spot where you can find local goods, snacks, and souvenirs—perfect for picking up something special to remember your trip. I always recommend stopping by for some unique finds!

• Wildflower Café – 10 min drive

Wildflower Café is a cozy spot serving Southern comfort food with a twist, offering a relaxed, rustic atmosphere. My personal favorite is the tomato pie—grab one to-go and enjoy it while watching the sunset at Brow Park. It’s a perfect pairing!

• Moon Lake Trading Company – 10 min drive

A quaint café known for delicious breakfast and lunch options. A great place to stop for a casual bite.

• Cloudland Canyon State Park – 35 min drive

Explore one of Georgia’s most scenic state parks with hiking, picnicking, and stunning views.

Most cars can easily access the home and nearby areas. There is no public transportation, so bringing your own vehicle or renting one is preferred.

➤ Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted.
➤ No third-party bookings (must book under your own account).
➤ No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (candles, incense, sage).
➤ Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please keep noise to a minimum.
➤ No pets are allowed.
➤ Security cameras are installed outside the property for safety.

1. Cancellation Policy for Direct Booking Long-Term Reservations (30 days or more):

• For reservations of 30 days or longer, a separate cancellation policy applies.
• Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
• A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations made 13 days or fewer before the scheduled check-in date.

2. Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival.

3. If you are local and / or under the age of 23 please notify us before making your reservation.

4. We will charge a small, non-refundable damage waiver fee to cover any potential accidental property damage during your stay. This fee replaces the traditional security deposit.

5. We would like to inform you that for direct bookings, a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform`s cancellation policy.

6. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud.

7. No parties or events allowed.

8. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.

9. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.

10. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.

11. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 10:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them.

12. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in).

13. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property.

14. The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit.

15. No pets are allowed.

16. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.

17. For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera.

18. Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation, for any reason, will be considered no-shows. No-shows are non-refundable, and no credits, reschedules, or exceptions will be provided under any circumstances.

Gorgeous cabin!

Beautiful cabin was well appointed and super clean. Lots of extra blankets and towels. Kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated internet and streaming channels. The garage was a HUGE and unexpected bonus, especially since it was raining when we arrived. The view is absolutely worth every penny! This is located at the tippy top of the mountains. The drive is beautiful and only 10 minutes to town or DeSoto Falls. Great swings on both porches. I wish we had more than just a couple nights. Would 10000% stay again! Only tip for summer travelers - most of the town is shut down except the weekends. Mentone Market was great and had a quick lunch but would have loved to visit the other cute shops!

Short getaway to the mountains

We were looking forward to relaxing, sightseeing and eating locally and Brow Bella didn’t disappoint. Beautiful location and house layout, front and rear porch were very accommodating and spacious. We look forward to coming back in the fall.
