« The rug in the mbr was hazardous because the glue had been worn out and it was flipped up right in front of the bathroom and a huge invitation to trip over it. The upstairs hall bathroom had an unfinished ceiling fan??? The kitchen had mostly adequate equipment but I had to buy measuring spoons and sugar which seemed ridiculous given how much we paid for the house. It was quiet and spacious. « I picked this location because I wanted somewhere close to my sister who we were visiting. The neighborhood worked out perfectly. It was quiet, serene. It was easy to find where everything was located in the home. There is no central AC which we were initially worried about when we arrived on a hot day, but had zero issues sleeping at night. The temperature worked out just fine. Would definitely stay here again. »

« It’s not as nice as the photos. It’s tired and definitely not air conditioned. We went in the middle of July and it was so hot and miserable to be in a hot old home with no air conditioning. To top it off owner lives in 3rd bedroom of home and demands to keep right side of driveway clear for them to park. Meanwhile the garage is locked off, and the 3rd bedroom in the middle of the house and the back yard are locked off from any usage.. so all you get is 2 beds in a hot tired, dated home. ...

« Great home base for a long weekend visiting college kids with grandparents! Plenty of room for two seniors, ourselves, and both of our college age kids, with open layout common spaces to gather and and still each have spaces of our own. Home as described, refurbished comfortably.
