« Superb lodge. Great room and location, views amazing. Good food but should be also A la carte or vegetarian options in the restaurant (we had only very nice room service food but restaurant menus were only with meat). Only problem was the swimming pool, not usable because very dirty. »

« In the service industry things can you wrong but it’s how you recover and make the customer 100% satisfied. The weather was very bad when we checked into Cielo. We were warmly greeted with hot coffee and tea before our room was ready. There were a couple of issues with our room as a result of the weather. Nobody’s fault. Hotel Cielo and management addressed the issue immediately and provided us options. The views from their loft are spectacular and I’m sure ona clear day, the views of the Andes...

« We had a truly exceptional stay at El Carmelo Mountain Lodge. What made our experience outstanding was the personalized and attentive care provided exclusively by Ms. Neyla. I was traveling with my cousin, and on our first day she became ill to her stomach. Ms. Neyla kindly prepared a homemade soup for her and assisted us in obtaining the appropriate medication.
