  • This newly renovated home in midtown Memphis is the perfect space to host you and your group! This three bedroom, two bath house has a fully stocked kitchen and laundry room. It is perfectly located in Memphis for a short uber/lyft ride anywhere. 12 minutes to downtown, 5 minutes to the stadium, 5 minutes to the zoo.

    King bed and 2 queen beds sleeps 7. There is a TV in 2 bedrooms and the main common area.

Visiting Memphis with family

The Haus on Harvard was very clean and close to different establishments that we needed access to (restaurants, airport, Univ of Memphis etc). The property owner was very responsive to any issues that we had regarding the property. I will definitely use the property again. Thank you

Short comings

Broken bed -had to move mattress to floor Broken drawer on nightstand No drawer space in two bedrooms No clothes hangers in closets No remote for tv in first bedroom No towel rack in either bathroom Minimally equipped kitchen BUT no table or chairs for eating Ice dispenser inoperable Bathroom door will not close No Grab bars in showers No Fire extinguisher Suitcase holder was broken x2 No smoke detector First Bathroom faucet very loose Only room for 3 people to sit in living room King mattress hard as a rock and bedding was not king size King bed frame about to break - legs are bent House appears recently renovated and was very clen but missing many of the standard accessories associated with rentals. Listing do not disclose all the aforementioned. Would not recommend selecting this house until brought up to acceptable usage standards
