The Moose Apartments has a life-size Moose statue in the front. The property gate code is provided at check in for entry.

This studio is located on the first floor so no stairs to climb.

Uniquely situated in Memphis Historical Victorian Village as well as the Medical District. This quiet neighborhood is surrounded by lush tall trees and historic century old restored villas.

The neighborhood is centrally located and provides easy access to all attractions whether with your own car or Uber/Lyft. Parking is available in our gated front parking area. Additional parking at the 24x7 monitored back parking area. Also, there is plenty of street parking available as well.

Parking: There is a 1-car maximum for the limited gated parking lot. Any additional cars are welcome to use the complimentary rear parking or the street parking. All parking is first-come, first-serve. Note: The parking lot entrance/exit is very narrow for some cars.

Please note, we have recently made improvements by adding sound insulation on the ceiling and walls as per feedback received from our guests. Also, we provide ear plugs and white noise machine in each loft to maximize guests' comfort and experience.

We are a small minority owned business. We support women owned small cleaning business and other local small businesses in Memphis.
We would love to host you as our guest and thank you in advance for understanding our additional house rules:

1. Check in anytime after 4pm and check out by 11am. Please reach out if you desire an early check in and we will try to accommodate your request.

2. Smoking of any kind including vapes and marijuana is strictly prohibited inside the suites. We have advance sensors to detect and report presence of cigarette smoke and weed. We would hate to charge a $200 smoking fee.

3. Please notify owners of any difficulty or problems you incur during your stay. We will make every effort to eliminate these problems or make repairs as soon as possible.

4. Please be mindful of white linens and towels, extra cleaning fee may be applied for permanently stained linens or towels.
