- quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Please be courteous of the neighbors and neighborhood
- no smoking. Evidence of smoking will result in extra fees
- no more than 8 persons in the home at any given time without pre-approval
- We are excited to welcome you and your family/friends/furry friends and provide a comfortable stay. We will happily accommodate up to 2 dogs weighing 70lbs or less per stay. Please note that there is an additional $20 charge per night included with your stay that you may not see in your initial booking price. The pet fee does not cover any additional cleaning needed due to excess pet hair, waste clean-up, odor, or damage caused by your sweet furry friends.
To ensure a great stay we require that your furry friends are not left unattended unless secured in a crate for their comfort and safety. This includes service animals. Please only bring friendly, house trained dogs that do receive regular flea treatment. And please be respectful of the linens, rugs and furniture.

Nice Stay

We stayed here for a Memorial Day vacation. We are a family of 5 with a 10 year old and 7 year old twins. The location was great and it was close to everything. The house was clean and well-equipped. Communication with the host was great. She responded quickly and offered solutions. The soccer field across the street was full on Saturday and Sunday. It wasn’t loud though and we actually liked watching them play. We had everything we needed. If you need a nice place to stay, choose here.

Beautiful home and lovely decorated! As described and hosted was quick to respond!

Easy to find. As described. Hostess response to questions was quick! Back yard was great for our dogs and we were able to put their kennels in the laundry room right by a sink and the back door. Beautiful house and decorated beautifully! Will definitely stay again if in the area!

Great family weekend getaway

This is our second stay at this house and we enjoyed it very much. The house is clean and perfect for a multi family getaway to enjoy fun things in Memphis. Neighborhood is safe and quiet which my family appreciated. Nicole went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of in every way! Wonderful home, great location

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay! From the kitchen amenities to the kids toys and games, every detail was great. The location was perfect to easily get to midtown and downtown. The rooms were very spacious for kids beds and a surprise bonus was the playground across the street. Would highly recommend if looking for a home away from home.

Great Weekend in Memphis

We really enjoyed this property. It is a beautifully remodeled home with lots of thoughtful touches. If you have small children, it is right across the street from a large park. It is easy to access all of your tourist destinations in Memphis, and the host could not be nicer. Highly recommend.

Quaint little place

Wonderful property and great communication

The property was exactly as described and exceeded expectations. Communication with the owner was immediate. I had issues with the door lock, but the response back was almost instantaneous and resolved without any issues. I would definitely stay here again on any trip to or through Memphis.

We loved this home! Very well taken care of. Neighborhood was quiet. Very clean and well appointed with everything we needed and more we didn’t expect. The only suggestion we have is maybe to add another chair in the living room area. We would definitely stay again when in Memphis.

A beautiful little Dolly

This was a bright and clean little house. Nice bathrooms. Beautiful flowers and outdoor seating. Convenient laundry. Our pups loved playing frisbee in the fully fenced backyard. Happy little birds chirping in the mornings. Quiet area. Well lit at night. Our only recommendation is add another chair in the living room if possible. Be sure to check out this beautiful little dolly if you need a stop in the Memphis area.

Great house in a great location!

My wife and I brought our 3 year old son to Memphis because he loves the zoo and the children's museum. This house has the ideal location for these activities and so much more! We never spent more 10 minutes traveling to anything! The owners clearly took care when updating the house. Beds slept well, living room felt like home, and our dog loved the yard! (Though the neighborhood squirrels likely didn't like her visiting.) I was hesitant about renting a VRBO in Memphis for my family solely because of safety concerns and not knowing the city well enough. I'm SO glad we rented this house! Would 1,000% rent again! ...seriously don't waste your time looking further. This is the one you want.

Darling Dolly is as cute as she can be!

We had a comfortable two night stay at this property. Finding a property with a recliner was my primary selection criteria due to health reasons. Darling Dolly met that criteria and more. We will stay here any time we are in Memphis.

Lovely Historic Mid-town Home

What a beautiful house! Everything was perfect for my companion and our dog. We were in town for a Concert and to visit Family and were looking for a conveniently located, cozy and clean house with a fenced in back yard. This house was all that and more. Our Host Nicole was superb to work with and was incredibly friendly and responsive. This is in a historic part of Memphis that is being brought back to life and I couldn't be happier! As a longtime Memphian who transplanted to Nashville 20 years ago, I was aware of the reputation that the area once had. However all around the neighborhood, homes are being remodeled and restored, an Arts District and wonderful restaurants are thriving nearby and you sense a transformation taking place. So glad that folks like Nicole are giving these beautiful, historic homes a second chance and that we get to enjoy them. We will be back as often as we can. This will be our "go to" VRBO when in Memphis.

Wonderful for Memphis weekend fun!

House was perfect for our fun family weekend in Memphis. Lots of appreciated amenities like chargers included in each room and kitchen was wonderfully stocked for cooking breakfast. Overall loved the house beautifully remodeled but kept the historic nature of house. Great stay!
