Terrible stay

We called the front desk because the vanity sink was draining and the toilet wasnt flushing properly. We would have to flush it 3 times. People,in the room above us were very loud. We called the front desk. They said they would check. It continued until midnight. Front desk did nothing.

Very enjoyable trip

Hotels.com didn't process our reservation correctly, but the hotel staff and the Hotels.com staff worked it out easily when we got there. No fuss. We specifically requested a room on the non-Costco side, and it was very quiet and comfortable. The room cooled down quickly since the sitting area had a fan to blow the cool air through. It was dark in the room for sleeping, we didn't hear other guests or TVs, and will readily stay here again or recommend it to others.

Not as advertised

The pool, which was one reason I chose to stay here, was out of service for quite some time. The hotel owners were also hawking a hydro massage chair in their conference room. A truly disappointing stay.

Dear Guest, We do not agree with your comments. The Hydromassage chair is a free amenity for our guests who find it very relaxing to use. The pool closure was put on all websites since January 13th due to severe weather damage and were given the option at check in too. Your comments towards the owner is out of context. Our pool is open now and the Hydromassage chairs usage is still available to our guests. Sincerely,GM
