Cozy 3‑bedroom, 2‑bath home for up to 10 guests. Enjoy a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of amenities for relaxation. Conveniently located near I‑40 with easy access to downtown. Pets are welcome with a fee. We’d love to host you!



The Space:

Guests enter through a digital keypad into a spacious living room with ample seating and a desk—perfect for work or study. The kitchen and dining area sit just off the living room. Down the hall are two bedrooms and a full bath with a shower/tub. Upstairs offers a third bedroom and another full bath with a shower. Outside, enjoy a private patio with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill in the backyard.



Guest Access:

The house has a digital keypad at the front door, which will provide you with access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.



The Neighborhood:

Our house is located in a quiet residential area with easy access to major highways and interstates. We have a perfect location since it is very close to everything, including schools, grocery stores, shopping, and great restaurants. We are only 20 minutes from Memphis International Airport and downtown.



Getting Around:

Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged!



Other Things to Note:

We do not accept reservations from local residents. If you have a genuine need to book, please send an inquiry, and we may grant an exception.



Guests must be 21+ and sign a rental agreement. Cancellations made within the free period receive a 97% refund (3% is retained by the credit card processor).



Pets are welcome with a non‑refundable fee, but must be crated when unattended, kept off furniture and beds, and all waste cleaned up. Evidence of pet hair, stains, or waste may result in additional cleaning charges or deductions from the security deposit.



Interaction with Guests:

We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
