Lodges à Melrose

« Cozy cabin with a fantastic view of the local fireworks. »

« Great place to stay for a quick getaway near the lake for fishing. »

« Cozy, comfy get away. Owners very easy to reach and responsive to a problem we had (that was in no way their fault). »

« All the cabins on the property appear be getting exterior renovations. Cabin #4 looked like it had recieved minor exterior repair with other places needing minor attention. Overall the cabins look solid and sturdy with great integrity. Very accommodating amenities to comfortably sleep and house the 4 of us plus our pup.The cabin essentials were in good operating condition with a back-up window AC that did a wonderful job keeping the unit cool and comfortable. The coffee pot needed a deeper clean...

« Great Historic Building with a very fresh look and helpful staff. »

« Clean room »

« The photos on the website are not at all what the rooms look like. The room was dirty, the hangers all 3 of them had dust on them, the luggage rack was dirty and dust. No water pressure. We had to leave after one night »

« There is not one thing that detracts from how nice this place is and I've traveled a bit recently. The staff exceeded expectations.. we've gotten so used to people that clearly don't want to be at their job that the smiles, politeness and genuine interest in how our room was surprised us all. We were a big group and everyone in our group said the same thing about the staff. I would return just because of the staff. So, we were VERY HAPPY with the staff. The area around the hotel was clean and...

« Love this place, highly recommend. Amazingly well run »

« Have stayed here before and will come back again! So quiet and clean! Love the shelter also. Very nice host! »

« Host was responsive and check in and out was smooth. Love how close to the lake this property is and good parking. Good WiFi connection. Property could be cleaner. There was leftover moldy potatoes wedges in the oven that I had to clean out. Main thing I did not like about this location is the train that came through every few hours throughout the night and day. Day was fine but very disruptive to sleep at night. »

« An excellent and communicative host in a wonderful spot in downtown Corydon. »

« Comfortable place on a quiet street but close to everything we wanted to see »

« Beautiful waterfront property. Quiet and peaceful. Very well equipped. »

« No problems other than the smoke detector had been disconnected but I didn’t realize it until I was almost checking out. »
