Great for large group with teens

Overall it was a great place to stay with so many bed combinations for our group. It was nice to have so many single beds. It was clean and updated. The game room has lots of options which would be so fun to use, but unfortunately the game room was too cold for us to really use because that weekend was freezing temps and game room is basically in garage type area. I had some trouble with communicating prior to our stay as I had tried texting and they didn’t receive text messages, and had also emailed but didn’t hear back until we were already there but it ended up working out. We asked for more blankets and he brought over more for us. But for a house that fits so many people I’d recommend having more blankets and some different types of pillows (the adults didn’t care for the super thick pillows where the kids didn’t mind). The property was nice and fun to be out away from the city. We were attending a church conference, so most of our time was spent there, but this was just a great option for adults and a large group of teen girls.

End of the Year Family Reunion

Great property and location. We had a great time. Online listing needs some updates. Outdoor table not available and indoor games (shuffle board, air hockey and ping-pong table) were not playable. Missing parts or components. Kitchen also need more supplies and utensils.

Large Farm House Great for Family Stay

We stayed in the house for 4 nights with family, ages 4 to 91, 8 to 13 people depending on the night. Our daughter was getting married in Leonard, and this worked out great for us to spend time with family. Nice and clean with lots of different and interesting sleeping options for kids and adults. The large kitchen has all new appliances, and worked great for us. The game room was great to have, and the house is big enough so you could have privacy if desired. It's a nice secluded location with ample parking. We enjoyed our stay! Four stars instead of five because some furnishings were lacking. Sid was very responsive when I called, and brought us more towels and pillow cases. The kitchen could use a drying rack, and night stands in the bedrooms would be good. It is obviously a newly furnished house, and I suspect details like these things will be added as time goes on. As it is, it feels just a little 'sparse'. We used the outside firepit our last night there, and it will be a great memory of our family time together!
