Villino Blue Area is a vacation cottage for rent in Torre dell`Orso, within a residential complex with lots of greenery and just a few minutes from the sea.
The house is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, TV, stereo, hair dryer, coffee maker, electric oven etc.
It offers up to 5 beds (4 + 1 with extra payment). Pets are allowed.

Villino Blue Area is a simple and cozy vacation home in modern style,
ideal for families on vacation on the Salento sea, in a quiet and safe
area.
The property is located within the Blue Area complex in Torre dell`Orso, has an entrance gate and outdoor space equipped with an outdoor shower, and a second garden in the back where you can dine al fresco. The furnished veranda is perfect for relaxing by spending time outdoors.
The
interiors are furnished with everything you need for a beach vacation,
simple and functional. The living area consists of entrance living room
with sofa and TV, and well-equipped kitchen.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin. Completes the house 1 shower room.

Villino
Blue Area is located within the eponymous Blue Area complex in Torre
dell`Orso, a few hundred meters from the sea and equipped beaches. In
the village there are common areas with children`s games and plenty of
greenery.
In summer in Torre dell`Orso there are all the main services.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 45 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. 
- The house is inside a touristic complex.
- Air conditioning is in the living room.
