upper floor.
The house consists of hallway, well-equipped eat-in kitchen with a relaxing sofa, 1 large shower room and 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin with bunk beds.
A spacious and airy veranda well furnished with teak wood furniture and washing machine completes the apartment.

Foca Loft is a very pleasant apartment with modern and well-maintained
furniture. The strengths are the large veranda and the proximity to the
center and the beach.
The lack of air conditioning is compensated for by the exposure that allows natural cooling. There is a floor fan.

Foca Loft is located in San Foca, marina of Melendugno. The area where
the house is located is quiet, parallel to the main street of the
center, very wide and with the possibility of parking in the area in
front of the house (no charge).

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared entrance in courtyard.
- There are no mosquito nets, air conditioning or fixtures. There are shutters with adjustable slats on the windows and on veranda doors.
