Villetta Isole Basse is a vacation home with exceptional sea views of San Foca, a beautiful marina in Melendugno on the Adriatic coast of Salento.
There are accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, mosquito nets, electric oven, microwave oven, TV, an indoor bathroom and an outdoor bathroom both complete.
The beachfront vacation home offers up to 6 beds. Pets are allowed.

The
vacation home is situated in an extraordinary, privileged location on
the waterfront of San Foca, right in front of the striking cliff with
the "low islands" from which its name was inspired.
A gate
provides access to the fully paved courtyard, furnished with table and
chairs for dining, dining and relaxing outdoors overlooking the sea.
The house is simple and cozy, developed on the ground floor and has interiors characterized by the colors of the sea.
The living room is furnished with dining area, open kitchenette and 1 double sofa bed.
A corridor leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with single beds, as well as 1 full shower room with washing machine. The house also has a second bathroom with shower.
There is a laundry room in the back part of the house. Air conditioning is in the hallway to the sleeping area.

The
vacation apartment in San Foca is located facing the sea, in front of a
picturesque cliff overlooking the deep blue of the Adriatic coast of
Salento.
Immediately in front of the gate of the house, crossing
the littoral road, begins the pedestrian path on the cliff from which
the Matteotti promenade starts and from which you can also reach the
sandy beaches.
The coast road leads to the center of the town,
Roca Vecchia, the famous Cave of Poetry and Torre dell`Orso. The beach
and all the main services are within walking distance. 



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1 - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare ).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning is only in the corridor close to the sleeping area.
- The second bathroom is detached from the house.
- The main door doesn't have the mosquito net.
