« The property manager was wonderful to work with. I could not give the house a higher rating due to the fact that for the price I paid which was much more than I’ve ever spent on a rental place, I expected everything to be in pristine shape. It was not, in fact we discovered problems in every room. Everything from a rusty washer/dryer outside to air vents that were black from dirt. « My wife and I reserved this location 3 weeks in advance. Jason is a dishonest host. Not sure if he has other properties but beware of this person! He never communicated the entire process. Never let us have the entry code. We drove all the way there to get ignored having to find a last minute hotel. RUN! »

« This house served our purpose for a large family to stay while we were in town for a wedding. The house is clean it had everything we needed. We did not cook meals so the fact that it only had a small portable hookup dishwasher didn't bother us. I only noted in case that might impact others. The beds were comfortable the owner allowed us to check in early. Overall a good stay. »

« This was our third time staying in this cute little cottage! We absolutely love staying there and we will again in the fall! There was one thing that blew our minds though, and this is just a little reminder for folks that stay in the Melbourne area... There was a rocket launch and we didn't know what all the shaking and banging noises were at first! Then disappointed that we didn't see it! We love it there! »
