« This hotel is falsely advertised as a 5-star property. At the most, this is a 3-star property. Installing whirlpool baths in rooms does not mean that you now have a 5-star hotel. Personnel wants to offer a good service but they lack proper training and the end result is that customers receive a bad service. « Beautiful hotel with spacious, tastefully decorated rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful with all of our tourist questions. They even helped arrange transportation for places in our itinerary. In all of our travels in India, this was the only hotel that had a contract laundry service with washer and dryer, so our clothes were promised to be washed, dried and ironed within a day »

« Lovely hotel with incredible views - make sure you get a jungle view room! Excellent service from the friendly staff and the bedrooms were beautiful. Some problems with noise from other guests outside the bedroom but otherwise a perfect stay »

« Très bel établissement qui tient ses promesses par rapport à la description donnée par le site, un peu "excentré" mais cela donne l'avantage d'être en forêt et de profiter d'un jardin fleuri très agréable. Le personnel est très aimable et le service de bonne qualité. »

« The front desk staff was good, the breakfast was excellent and tasty. Two issued I had was there was another group that was playing loud music near us and it was bothering us as we were trying to put the kids to sleep. We also had a issues where the staff was suppose to deliver a case of water we brought and they delivered it to the wrong room. They replaced it with a case but just two small issues. Overall good experience and would stay again if going through the area. »
