« This hotel is falsely advertised as a 5-star property. At the most, this is a 3-star property. Installing whirlpool baths in rooms does not mean that you now have a 5-star hotel.
Personnel wants to offer a good service but they lack proper training and the end result is that customers receive a bad service.

« We stayed here because the description says 1 minute walk from Peryvar Reserve, it is not. 15 to 20 mins out of Kumily up a very bumpy track.

The best feature is the great taxi driver who works for the hotel. Although it was a VERY expensive service.
