« I booked this back in September, they cancelled by email less than 48 hours before we were due to go, absolutely disgraceful, with no explanation or anything. We had to then try to find somewhere to accommodate 8 people in less than two days over an Easter break. I would advise against booking this.. »

The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that...

« Probably a scam. I payed for my stay but never had the opportunity to go because I didn't receive check-in instructions and property was unreachable, not even Expedia could reach them. »

« The property was not the standard I expect of Expedia. The heating was on a schedule such that at night the temperature in the house was around 6 degrees giving me a backache until I asked the owner to keep the temperature at a constant 23 degrees. There no toiletries provided till I asked the owner to provide them. There was only one bowl for porridge until I asked for more of the owner. It seems that Expedia did not ensure proper quality assessment with the owner. When I book through...

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Les chambres sont confortables, spacieuses et bien équipées. Le restaurant sur place est un vrai atout : idéal pour dîner sans avoir à se déplacer. L'hôtel se situe, par contre, à environ 40 minutes du centre de Londres en transport. Mais très bon rapport qualité-prix. "

It is by far one of the best hotels out there: Quick, friendly and efficient service. Spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms Good food at restaurant or for breakfast. "

"l'an dernier j'avais séjourné par hasard dans cet hotel simple mais propre et pratique coté transport et proche de l'aéroport London City. A 40 mn d'Oxford Circus si besoin d'aller en centre ville. Aucun superflu mais comme on dit "it makes the job". Cette année j'y suis retournée par choix."
