« I never received any check in information, I arrived at the property at 3:30pm and I couldn’t get into the building. I tried calling the phone number that was previously provided and I couldn’t get through. The manager turned up outside after I had been standing there on crutches for 30mins. I informed the manager that I hadn’t received any check information, he then let me into the building where he contacted someone regarding check in information. I was given a key box/room card/but no code...

« Nice apartment. Bit far from city centre. Not much to do in neighbourhood. Beds were basic. Bit small for long people. TV only fit for streaming from the mobile phone. No dishwasher. Good enough for short stay in the city. »

« Clean linens and towels, spaceous room and secured parking. Convenient location for shopping , restaurants and subway/ train station close by. Cups an dishes and pots not cleaned ( one of the reasons is the lime in the water but staff should re wash items and dry them right away to avoid lime deposit). One of the washroom cupboard door handle was missing. A bit inconvenient. Parking is across from street ( some other building's parking with entry code) but we were not advised in advance that...
