Rest and recharge in beautifully appointed bedrooms, each offering comfort and style. With ample space and thoughtful touches, these rooms provide the perfect retreat after a day of adventure.

✔ Bedroom 1 (2nd floor): King bed with adjacent full bathroom, accent chair, black out curtains, Roku TV, deck and individual Mitsubishi air conditioner with thermostat.

✔ Bedroom 2 (2nd floor): Queen bed with accent chair, black out curtains, Roku TV, deck, individual Mitsubishi air conditioner with thermostat with its own private full bathroom adjacent to the room on the same floor.

✔ Bedroom 3 (1st floor): Queen bed with black out curtains, Roku TV and individual Mitsubishi air conditioner with thermostat. There is a full bathroom on this floor that is shared with Bedroom 4.

✔ Bedroom 4 (1st floor): Three trundle beds for a total of 6 twin beds with two accent chairs, black out curtains, Roku TV and individual Mitsubishi air conditioner with thermostat. There is a full bathroom on this floor that is shared with Bedroom 3.

★★PET POLICY★★
We’re happy to welcome house-trained pets! There’s a $100 fee per pet (up to 2). If you plan to bring pets please make sure to let us know in advance. We also have towels set aside for your furry friends!

Nature lovers will see all kinds of local wildlife from deer, chipmunks, rabbits and, if you’re lucky, a red tail hawk or even a bald eagle!

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of the (linen/cleaning) closet, attic, and garage. This is a multilevel home & guests must use stairs to access levels.

★★OTHER THINGS TO NOTE★★

The pet fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee that covers a cleaning post-checkout to prevent any allergy-related illness in the cabin for future guests. Pet-related damages or the need for excessive cleaning will be debited from the guest. Guests that bring pets without noting them in their reservation beforehand will be charged the pet fee.

There is a $500 additional cleaning charge if there is any smell or evidence of smoking. Anyone found breaking these rules will be asked to leave without a refund.

The house is spread across three floors so guests will need to be comfortable with going up and down stairs.

We provide a starter set of household supplies -dishwasher tablets, dishwasher soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body soap, hand soap, and laundry detergent, along with bed linens and towels.

Additional supplies can be purchased at:

-Hannaford Supermarket (Very large supermarket for everything, recommend pick up groceries on the way to the house, 20 mins from house)

- The Milk Run (small gas station grocery store for to-go sandwiches, beer, frozen pizza. 5 mins from the house. Also has firewood.)
