The kitchen unit is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. There is another bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The semi-detached house enjoys an ideal location in Monte Kope, 1 kilometer from Banjole, perfect for exploring the pristine nature of the surrounding Istrian landscape.

Note that it is a quiet residential area, so the house is not suitable for parties or loud groups.

The sea is just 250 metres away and the nearest beach is 1000 metres away. It is just four kilometres to Kap Kamenjak or the town of Pula with a variety of gastronomy, culture and entertainment.
