Very basic with dorm room style furniture, futon instead of sofa. It felt more frat house than a comfortably get-away we're used to. We were hoping for something more comfortable, but we made due. We had to contact the owner for the key code because it wasn't sent ahead of time as stated in reservations. We used the kitchen to cook a couple of meals during our stay, but had to wash the dishes before we could use them because they had dried on food. Gross. The most enjoyable area of the property was the outdoor firepit. The hottub area looked nice, but we did not use the hottub, too many cameras gave a creepy vibe. We did discover an Amazon Echo device in the main room of the house, didn't know if we were being recorded.... creepy. T.V.'s did work. Shower worked. Dishwasher worked. There was even a washer and dryer if one needed. If you like very basic and simple you'd probably like this place, but if you prefer more space to spread out and comfortable homey feel to land look elsewhere.
