« The property was clean an comfortable. Took a while get the A/C to all the rooms figured out. A little info book would be helpful to tell where the trash liners are, trash can could be washed out.and need a little map with info on it. »

« The AC was very loud. The room was lovely but getting into the room was a bit of a struggle as you had to fiddle with the lock . Staff went above and beyond for me. Coffee isn't offered in the room, however the staff brought one into my room. »

« We booked due to a baseball tournament, and checked in 2 hours after check in time. Recieved our key and went to our room and it was not even ready yet. When we went down to talk to the front desk, she was rude and said "nothing I can do, you will have to wait".
We already had taken all our stuff out and went to our room and the beds were stripped/trash still in there and it wasnt cleanes, had we known before our room wasnt going to be ready for a while, we wouldve came back, but wasnt told...
