These 6-person water villas are sustainably designed and feature solar panels and an air/water heat pump. The garden is generously landscaped with a waterside deck. The kitchen has been adapted, as have the bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. The passages have been made wider, making this house type suitable for the disabled. On the ground floor are the garden-oriented living room with open kitchen equipped with Siemens appliances, a separate toilet and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Upstairs are a second and third bedroom, as well as a second bathroom and second separate toilet. There is also an indoor storage room on the floor. The MIVA home is adapted with additional aids, such as supports in the toilet and in the shower on the ground floor. There is a high-low bed in the bedroom. The kitchen is adapted to make optimal use of it, even with a wheelchair. This Wellness type is equipped with an extra luxury package (sauna, sunshower, jacuzzi and Kamado BBQ). The sauna and sunshower are upstairs. The jacuzzi and the Kamado BBQ are outside in the garden right by the water. There are two parking spaces at the house.
