Une oasis près du coeur du Parque Lleras. Aucun détail n'est passé inaperçu. Tout ici pour rendre votre séjour un moment incroyable, y compris un merveilleux système de fenêtres SOUND PROOF (contrairement à tous les autres appartements / hôtels près de Lleras) idéal pour se détendre et dormir, les téléviseurs LED intelligents LG 4K UHD HDR, les appareils haut de gamme, le wifi partout, matelas haut de gamme, unités de climatisation haut de gamme, mini réfrigérateur rempli, laveuse et sécheuse, parking souterrain, etc.

Mon objectif principal est de vous aider à passer le meilleur séjour possible. En règle générale, je me connecte à l'arrivée / au départ, mais je suis également disponible 24h / 24 et 7j / 7 pour vous aider si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit.

Situé à 1 pâté de maisons du cœur du Parque Lleras. Il n'y a pas de meilleur appartement avec toutes les commodités aussi proches de l'action. Se déplacer est très facile et des taxis sont disponibles juste à l'extérieur pour vous emmener n'importe où dans la ville

Everything was great.

I really enjoyed my stay in Columbia. This apartment has a great location, large spacious rooms, and very nice furnishings. One of the most notable items is the water pressure in the bathrooms. Wow. it is amazing. Thank you again for suvh a memorable visit. I hope to see you again soon.

Amazing Stay!!!!!

First I want to thank John the property manager he was amazing on any and everything he was their from the beginning and the end. The location is definitely in the heart of everything from stores, restaurants, bars, and clubs. The area is definitely safe as well. I'm definitely going to stay there when I come back.

Clean place and very accommodating host.

The place was just as picture in the listing. Everything was very clean and it is walking distance away from the nightlife and anything you could need. The host John Henry was the most accommodating host I’ve ever dealt with. He checked up on us for needs throughout our stay and if we did need anything he made it happen within the hour. I will definitely be back to this place. 5 star stay and customer service!

When traveling to Colombia I have four main criteria that I look at. Cleanliness, location, service and that everything in the property is actually working as stated. This place checked all the boxes for me and the places was definitely athletically pleasing for someone who is used to the subtle luxuries of life.

This experience was excellent. The owner and representatives were excellent. the property is as amazing as the pictures. We very much enjoyed our stay here and will certainly return. I highly recommend this property. The 4 bedrooms are very similar and not one guest felt like the other rooms were any better. This is always a point of contention when traveling with groups. But not at this property.

What a great place to stay. PERFECT area to be in and the condo was very clean and comfortable.

This was the perfect condo for our trip. As listed, it has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One bedroom has a private bathroom in its room, 2 of the other bedrooms have a bathroom that connect the two rooms, and the third bathroom is in the hallway next to the last bedroom. All of the rooms were very similar in size, comfort, and ameneties. Comfortable beds, updated bathrooms with plenty hot water and awesome showers. Each room has its individual AC unit which was also very nice. There’s a nice balcony that over looks a side street right off one of the main roads that goes right through Parque Lleras. The condo is literally walking distance to a small supermarket, liquor store, ATMs, coffee shops, tons of restaurants and bars/clubs. We only took a taxi a couple times and that was only because we went to dinner at a couple restaurants up the mountain that overlooked all of Medellin. Ryan was incredibly helpful. I contacted him multiple times throughout our stay and he was always available and responded quickly. He definitely helped us out as it was all of our first time to Medellin. Ryan arranged for a nice lady to come every morning and not only pick up whatever we wanted for breakfast, but she also cooked everything and cleaned every morning. I would highly recommend this as it was super helpful and it only cost a very small amount each day. Totally worth it. Overall we had no complaints for this condo. It was clean, well kept, spacious, in the perfect location, and had everything we needed. I went out a few times by myself and never felt unsafe in the area either. A security guard comes in the evening and checks in any visitors and leaves in the morning. If you have a group of 4 people (or 2 couples and 2 single people), want a nice clean condo located within walking distance to food, cafes, supermarkets, clubs, bars, and entertainment, this is the perfect spot.

Fantastic time in Medellin!

We really enjoyed staying at Diego’s property! We arrived late but Diego was there to greet us and show us the space. The apartment was clean and looked just like the pictures. The beds were comfortable and the walk in showers with jets were a treat. Each room Had it’s own tv as well as the living space and this apartment was perfect for entertaining friends. We had the maid come half way through our stay and she did our laundry and Cleaned the entire place for a small fee. This location is hard to beat if you are coming to medellin for the nightlife. Parque lleras is right outside your front door but the apartment is located on a quieter side street. Grocery store and metro are within walking distance as well. The building had multiple gates to enter so it always felt safe. Diego was a great host and was easy to contact at anytime of the day. The one area that could be improved is the speed of the internet, we did have a couple glitches but overall it was functional. I would recommend this apartment if you are looking to experience parque lleras with a group of friends.
