Our largest apartment in Laureles, Medellín – ideal for longer stays

This is the largest of our apartments in Laureles: room to spread out instead of living on top of your suitcase. It is fully equipped — private kitchen with everything you need to cook, private bathroom with hot water, filtered drinking water, high-speed Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix, microwave, refrigerator, safe, fan, hair dryer and iron — and the windows are soundproof, so you can sleep and work without street noise. The building also has a sauna and a laundry service, both at extra cost. Worth knowing before you book: cooling here is by fan, there is no air conditioning.

The extra space makes it a good choice for stays of a few weeks, or if you plan to work during the day rather than being out all the time.

Laureles-Conquistadores is a quiet residential area of wide, tree-shaded streets, with parks, bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets all around you and Unicentro close enough to walk to. Downtown, Plaza Mayor and Parques del Río are around 10 minutes away by car. The building is covered by cameras linked to a security company, and the streets around it have private surveillance.
