The room was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfy, the hosts are lovely and friendly and very talkative and they offer lots of knowledge about walks and activities in wales and have leaflets avaliable with information about activities. The hosts were also very quick to help with anything that was needed. Also the breakfast was amazing and there was lots of options to choose from

Fint hotell, bra restaurang och frukost. SPA-delen helt ok, men de stängde av vattnet i duscharna i omklädningsrummen utan annan förvarning än lappar vid ingången (som inte fanns där när vi gick in). Inte kul att bli stående med schampo i håret. Vi fick låna badrockar och flipflopps. Vi som bodde på hotellet kunde duscha på rummet. Hur hon i duschbåset bredvid mig löste det vet jag inte. Hon var dags-gäst.
Kassaskåpet på rummet funkade inte. Den trevliga tjejen i receptionen bytte batterier men hjälpte inte.
