« Everything was fine, especially the friendly staff. The hotel is hard to find, because the sign on the street has the name in such small letters that it is easy to miss (we drove by twice before finding it). The room was excellent, although the faucet on the sink was loose. But otherwise a comfortable, clean hotel that is a welcome change from the usual chains. »

« Nous y étions pour le Weekend du Indy500 et l'hôtel était plein mais il était facile d'y circuler, petit déjeuner compris les matins, bannières "Welcome Race Fans" dans le lobby pour nous accueuillir, la piscine quoi que petite était très appréciée. Facilement accesible de l'autoroute, chambre était propre. Bon choix pour ceux qui voyagent avec un budget sensé. »

« I was checked in by Cameron who was so sweet and helpful! The room was much bigger than anticipated which was great and the bed was comfy. My only comment is that someone tried to enter my room in the morning without knocking… someone from maintenance which I had not asked for. That was annoying and I told the cleaning crew I wanted people to know before trying to come in and they apologized. They also gave me a sign to put on the door So I was not disturbed again. « The most enjoyable encounter during this stay was our interaction with Michelle, manager of the breakfast cafe. Her service was excellent, and she was pleasant and attentive to our every need. The breakfast was delicious, the area was inviting. We greatly appreciated her service. Check in was good, as well, and check out also. The individuals on duty at the front desk on Friday and Saturday morning were cordial and informed us of everything we needed to know. Even the environmental services...

« The air conditioner sounded like it's ready to retake off. It was loud and running continuously even when set at 70. Room has any funny smell. Smells like spices. Bathtub is a trip hazard/slippery waiting for accident to happen. Could use a hook hanger to hang towels. The place is kinda scary with some long-term resident hanging out in the main lobby. The bathroom sliding door broke. Takes 2 people to slide it open. »
