« This was such a cute little place tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Our family stayed the weekend of the 50th anniversary of Expo '74 and Bloomsday and could not have been more in love with this. We decided to take Lyfts downtown and pickups were easy from the street and quick to downtown. Groceries and Restaurants are many and within a 10min drive. You get the feel of the old time cottage history with all modern updates and comforts. Mari was very responsive and an awesome host. Thank you! »

« This place was great and by far the most well equipped home we have stayed at for a vacation rental (our preferred way to travel). There were plenty of dishes to accommodate 8 people for two meals without having to wash a bunch. A full set of pots and pans that actually match. Enough towels for everyone. « Most important to me is cleanlisness, and this place is very clean. The decor is very modern and cute. We wanted to avoid a pricey hotel stay since we just needed a place to sleep. I probably didnt look over the details well, but I didnt realize we were sharing a space in the home. However, it was still nice and private. You head upstairs and have your own private 2 bedrooms, bathroom snd kitchen, so overall, it was a great place to stay!! »

« This property is wonderful for families. The giant back yard has a Play house, play structure, fire pit, and a great out door gathering place for family time. The game room itself was outstanding for my 4 sons. Air hockey, ping pong, skeet ball, and pole were all part of the entertainment that was provided. « I live in Montana and my family lives in Washington. This was thr PERFECT place fornus to meet up for some extended family time. We enjoyed the grill, the big backyard, and the game room, and there were plenty of beds and towels for all. Close to McEuen Park, it was just great! »

« Everything was great! We had a small family reunion, and ran in the Bloomsday race, which we last participated in 30 years ago! As we had a one year old, (and we flew in); we needed a pack and play, which we bought and left at the house for future guests who may need one. It would’ve been nice to have also had a high chair! »

The house was very clean and we could tell that the owner/manager of the property put a lot of thought into making the place comfortable for his guests. « Home was very clean upon arrival and quiet considering location. Perfect for our family get together over the Thanksgiving holiday. The only thing that was missing during our stay was some heavier blankets/comforter. If ever in town this time of year, be sure to visit Higgins Point to see the Bald Eagles as they're passing through the area feasting on Kokanee. »

« This was the perfect solution for a comfortable setting to prepare for my daughter’s surgery and to recover enough to travel back to our hometown. The hosts were kind and caring and incredibly generous when post operative complications made an extra days stay necessary. Communication was excellent as well. What a darling home! « Wish we would’ve checked in early and that the cleaners weren’t still there when we arrived (until 5:15) however those minor hiccups were quickly forgotten because the home, the property and the overall experience were nothing short of wonderful! The house is stocked with top notch decor and essentials. They spared no cost at covering every detail! A++++ »

« There were 10 of us that came from out of state to attend graduation ceremony at Gonzaga Law. We all had enough space and the pool was great! Although the house is a bit dated, it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The neighborhood is also very quiet. I would recommend this house to any large group! »
