« My husband and I stayed here for the eclipse and had a good experience being able to see it from the deck ( a few new leaves added interest to the view). The inside space is as well done and efficiently arranged as any 600 sf space I've been in. We were comfortable, bed and linens were all very good. Added benefit was watching an eagle's nest! »

« After a long day of travel we were super happy to stay at this property. It was terrific inside, and the fenced in backyard(reason we booked this VRBO) was exactly what our dog needed after hours in a car. We were only here for a night. But the interior was exactly as pictured, very nicely done and maintained. Would definitely recommend staying at this location. »

« This cabin was a bit further from Searcy than I was hoping for, but was well worth the little drive. Being out in the country was wonderful as we were traveling with dogs and enjoyed walking with them on the quiet gravel road. The cabin was clean, delightfully decorated, well stocked with necessities, and homey. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this lovely place. »

« Words cannot express how adorable, cozy and comfy this little cottage is. It was the perfect place to stay after driving down from NY to see my daughter and her fiancé who live in Searcy. We were able to host them for dinner and a bbq, hang out in the comfort of the house, or the back deck. We enjoyed slow quiet mornings on the deck with coffee and breakfast, while watching Bluejays and Cardinals fly from tree to tree. « We were in town helping family that moved into the area. River Hideaway was such a relaxing and tranquil place. To come back to after working hard all day. The river and grounds were lovely and peaceful. The hot tub was an added bonus! Also the fur babies loved it as well. I especially enjoyed watching the birds feed while having coffee in the mornings. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone. »

« This home was situated on the bank of the Little Red River as described. The screened in back porch and deck were perfect for lounging after a day boating and fishing. Although the river was very high during our stay, we did catch fish from the home's private dock. In addition, as someone who struggles with tactile sleeping issues while traveling (and often take my own bedding), I can attest that the sheets and pillowcases were soft and breathable. This detail made me feel like I was home away...

« We went to Searcy to visit and help our granddaughter move out of her dorm at Harding College. We are also former alumni of Harding. It's been probably 20 years since we have been back to Harding, so it was fun to see all the changes. We needed a place to lay our heads and visit with our granddaughter when we came back in for the night. It was just perfect! It was so comfortable and private. We had everything we needed and even enjoyed playing the game Hardingopoly. Thanks so much to the hosts....
