This home is filled with new furnishings including beautiful leather sofas with powered recliners to enjoy while watching your favorite cable channels or logging into your Netflix account and catching up on your favorite series. The living room has a desk and chair for remote working or studying. The enclosed yard includes four Adirondack chairs to relax and enjoy watching the dogs and children play.

The full kitchen gives you a place to cook up your favorite family meals in your home away from home. There is seating for eight, with two high-top pub-style tables with four chairs each, to enjoy your delicious meal or play one of the board games with family and friends that are available in the home.

There are many things to do close by including the Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum which is a popular exhibit at the museum and includes the famous wooden airplane, the Spruce Goose, built by Howard Hughes. There are many vineyards to enjoy wine tasting at including the Willamette Valley Vineyards. The McMinnville City Park has a 10,000-square-feet wooden construction that features castle-like towers, bridges, slides, and a labyrinth of childhood imagination to enjoy. When you're looking to cool off the Wings & Waves Waterpark is an incredible place to experience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
