« After we had a bad experience in another place we went straight here. Honestly it was an amazing stay for us. We got the lower level no noise and was able to get sleep. We got a king size bedroom. We would definitely stay here again »

« My room and beds were good. Whole place smelled stale and like old cigarettes. Fans running throughout to cover the smell. I called the front desk at around 9p.m. to complain about very nosy neighbors and it just rang and rang. No answer Elevator was so old and noisy and dirty Would not stay again. »

« I arrived and was told there was an extra $30 per day for my dog the website says dogs are free and the place looked awful. Broken vehicles in the lot etc. The manager told me if I chose not to stay he wouldn’t charge me and understood. Then I was charged the full amount for all 3 days! »

« The floor was not swept or vacuumed in the room, before we arrived. The shower was still dirty. There was only one towel when there were five of us guests booked. The bed spread was obviously the wrong size. It was clearly labeled with a Q for queen and not staying on the king sized bed. We had to go get the sheets and towels ourselves. There were no sheets or pillows for the pull out sofa. The outside balcony was covered in bugs. The stairwell smelled horribly of body odor. »

« I was not impressed with this Hotel. We stayed for 5 days and the stairs were never vacuumed the entire time we were there and other areas were not vacuumed. Garbage cans were overflowing! The hotel gave false advertisement when they said they had a hot tub. There wasn’t one. The pool area was very dirty and the bathroom in the pool area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. It was not sanitary!
