    Other things to note
    - The very last 1/4 of a mile before you reach the driveway is STEEP. A 2WD vehicle is ok during normal weather, but if there is any snow on the ground, a 4WD vehicle will be needed. Note that there is an overflow parking lot located in Massanutten directly on the way to the house, about 3 minutes away, which is easy to reach regardless of weather. If some members of your party have vehicles that they don't want to bring all the way to the house, you may want to consider having them park in the overflow and shuttling them in a 4WD vehicle if road conditions aren't great.
    - Timber & Sky is pet friendly! We allow up to 3 dogs (any size) with a $100 pet fee (total, not per pet or per night).
    - We have complimentary EV charging in our driveway
    - Massanutten offers a year-round indoor/outdoor waterpark, a mountain coaster (the only one in the state), hiking, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, swimming, dining, spa, ropes course / zip line, golfing, go carts, mini golf, and much more.
    - The driveway can accommodate about 5 vehicles. Additional overflow parking is available in Massanutten if needed.
    - Wifi is fast with a strong signal throughout the house and decks. All 6 bedrooms, plus living room and game room, feature smart TVs where you can access whatever streaming services you subscribe to.
    - We provide a fully stocked coffee bar with multiple coffee drip and Keurig options
    - Guests can enjoy community pool access in the summer season for a small per person fee.
    - Linens and towels provided
    - Pack n play, high chair, and kid dishes/utensils provided
    - We do require a separate rental agreement, which we will send a link to e-sign after you book. There are no additional fees beyond those listed here.

Lastly, this property is located within an HOA that requires the community rules to be posted here, so here are those rules:
