With the resort's 6,000 acres of mountain activities, including skiing, swimming, hiking, golfing, and more, something is exciting in store for every member of your group. Conclude an active day with a soak in the hot tub and a delicious BBQ meal on the private deck!



This upscale home has all the space, modern amenities, and access to nearby attractions needed to be the perfect Massanutten mountain getaway you and your family have been searching for!

Beautiful property, we loved the outdoor space and hot tub plus having 6 deer visit while we were sitting outside Saturday at dusk. We hope to return in the winter to ski.

Great Cozy Mountain stay

Beautiful home in a lovely mountain town, had great amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, cooked great meals on the grill and flat top blackstone. Near many attractions and activities, was perfect for our family of 7 adults to enjoy great hikes and in Shenandoah and other nearby activities. Highly recommended rental home.

Beautiful Home near Shenandoah National Park

This home is a beautiful property with a lot of space for your family to stay at while traveling to this part of Virginia! There are multiple options for sleeping, the kitchen is very well stocked, and there are 3 bathrooms, all with showers. The back deck is very nice for sitting outside in the morning to enjoy coffee/tea and watch wildlife. It is conveniently located near several area attractions. We were here to hike at Shenandoah National Park (highly recommended) but on a rainy day we also enjoyed going to an arcade near the property and Grand Caverns. You are not far from conveniences like grocery stores or gas stations either. Our kids especially loved the ping pong table in the garage at the property. Highly Recommended.

Amazingly Cozy & Beautiful!!

The home was a great for a girls trip! It has everything you could need besides personal items. It's very cozy with so many awesome amenities!! It's a beautiful home in a great location, we will definitely be staying here again!

Great stay near Massanutten Ski Resort

We booked a last minute very short ski trip and loved our stay. The house had everything you’d need if you wanted to stay in and was in the perfect area to get to ski slopes, indoor water park and other activities. We would definitely come back!

Quiet Getaway

Quick & quiet getaway with family to celebrate time together. We had no problem finding the house whatsoever and had everything we needed. The hot tub water was low & needed cleansing but a nice time had by all.

Family Ski Trip

The property was great and we enjoyed some great ski days. We have stayed many places in Massanutten and this was one of our favorites. Communication was great and check in was easy. The property was fully stocked with everything we needed. I’m sure we’ll be back soon!

It was two couples. By it being 4 bedrooms 2 1/2 bathrooma, we had plenty of room. The house had EVERYTHING you would need. Even the little things you seem to always forget, they had! We were very please and would recommend this location to anyone.

Amazing House in the Mountains

My family loved the house and all that we had to do in Massanutten. The waterpark and family adventure park are a short drive from the house. The house was spacious, clean, and seems recently updated. The communication before, during, and after the trip was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Great home in Massanutten

We booked this stay over the long thanksgiving weekend for me and my spouse and 2 adult children. My other adult child and spouse live in the area and we always stay at Massanutten. The home was clean and well kept. It was the perfect size and we were once again very pleased with our stay in Massanutten. I would recommend.

Perfect for JMU Weekends

Close location to JMU to visit daughter and tailgate. Lyfted to the game. Plenty of room. Beautiful scenery. Deer roaming unconcerned. Hot tub was awesome as well.

The Perfect Stay

We are beyond happy we chose the Cozy Mountain Song for our family summer vacation. We had a 4.5 year old and a 1 year old. There were only pros about this place! When looking, I loved that they offered a travel crib (pack n play) for easy sleep accommodations. Everyone had their own rooms and the basement was a bonus for play time and relaxing. My husband and I really enjoyed the hot tub at night! The place was super clean and had everything you needed to feel at home. Very close to all the resort amenities. We cannot wait until our next vacation here! Book it, you won’t be disappointed!! :)

Better than the Pics!

This place was awesome! We loved the layout of the whole property! The deck was beautiful, rooms spacious, everything you ever needed in a home away from home was in the property. We were there for a 4 day weekend, we wish it was for a month. We will return again when we can!

The property manager was on top of things, brought us gas for the fire pit as soon as I let them know it was empty. Tons of space and things to do to keep the whole family busy. Will definitely be returning

Great stay

This property is very nice and close to all the massanutten attractions. We stayed here and loved everything about it. Only thing is recommend is the hot tub needs a cleaning it smells pretty musty and moldy in there, otherwise we were very happy with it!

End of Summer Getaway

My family stayed at the property over Labor Day Weekend. The property was a great location to visit Natural Bridge, Luray Caverns, and Shenandoah NP. The house suited our needs, had a well-stocked kitchen, and we enjoyed the extensive deck and hot tub.

Loved this property -- the best part was the outdoor deck areas. There are trees all around the deck so you can usually find shade somewhere at any time. We loved eating out there and enjoying the outdoors together.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. New internet was just installed so no issues streaming etc. Home was clean and exactly as listed and was perfect for our family. Would definitely stay again!!

Spring Break '22 April 18-20

The house is overall amazing. It is fully stocked with all of the possible appliances needed to cook a meal. The house was clean and they don't hold back on the decor. You can tell they take pride in their rental. The jacuzzi is nice but it's missing the neck pillows and it may be time for it to be cleaned. I saw some dirt that didn't come from me. The ONLY thing that prevented me from giving 5 stars was the wifi. The Wifi is terrible. It tends to go out at night. The kids wanted to watch a movie on Disney + and it wasn't cooperating. If you plan on teleworking on your getaway, this isn't the house for you. Overall, I enjoyed the space and would love to return if they get a new internet company.

Great Ski House!

This was a great house! Very cozy and comfortable - we especially loved the two different “hang out” areas - so kids and adults could hang out separately. The back yard was also really beautiful. Great stay!!
