There are 5 gorgeous bedrooms throughout this home, all with a smart TV in each. On the main level, there is one bedroom at the end of the hallway, which has a king size bed. Right next to this room is the second bedroom on this floor, with one full & three twin beds (two sets of bunk beds).

The remaining three bedrooms are on the top floor. The master bedroom is at the end of the hall, with a king bed & attached private ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, while the fifth & final bedroom has one full bed & one twin-over-twin bunk bed.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
This home has 3 full bathrooms & 2 half bathrooms, all of which are modern & clean. The master ensuite has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo. Right down the hall on the third floor is the second full bathroom, also with a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo. On the main level, there is one full bathroom with a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower only, as well as a half bathroom with just a sink & toilet. The bottom floor has the last half bathroom, with a sink & toilet only.

The modern kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with all new stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).

The dining room is right next to the kitchen, with enough seating to comfortably fit 16 people between the two large dining tables.

We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $50 per pet, per night, max of 4 pets.

Pool Pass: You would need the Pool Card AND pay $6 per guest, per day. The pool card confirms that you are a welcome guest, however, it does not make the pool free.

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.

MASSANUTTEN VILLAGE COMMUNITY RULES
This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.
1. NOISE
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
- Keep noise indoors during these hours.
- No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.
2. PARKING
- Keep all tires off the road.
- Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
- Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840)
- No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.
3. OUTDOOR FIRES
- High wildfire risk area!
- No open fires.
- No unattended fires.
- No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check MassanuttenVillage . com or electronic sign at entrance for updates.
4. ALCOHOL
- No open containers on roads or in common areas.
5. PETS
- Leash always required when outside.
- Clean up after your pets.
6. TRASH
- Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or carports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.
